Sunday:

Pork Carnitas with Fresh Salsa

We FINALLY got our taxes done....leftovers!

Tuesday:

Stir Fried Shrimp with Spicy Orange Sauce

**This is a recipe that I have made before. Joe and I really like it. I usually add some veggies to it too.

Wednesday:

Leftovers for Joe...I am going to eat tacos with my Aunt Susan.

Thursday:

Joe's dad is coming in town tonight. We will probably eat a frozen pizza from Costco with a salad. I am really not a frozen pizza eater....but this one is yummy! I like to throw some pepperonis on there too!

Friday:

Dinner out with the family :)

Saturday:

Our friends are having a cookout and I am making......??
