**I am not doing much cooking this week due to Joe's birthday (and all the free birthday meals) and scheduling conflicts.
Monday:
We have a Dr.'s appt after school and then I am making chicken tacos with fresh guacamole.
Tuesday:
Joe's birthday!! We are going out to celebrate!!
Wednesday:
I have a Junior League dinner at Las Delicias. Yum!! I'm pretty excited about this!!
Thursday:
I have to stay late for parent conferences after school.
