The year was 2004. It was our first New Year's Eve together when we first started dating. We took a bike ride before going out that night. Crazy how the time flies!

One more year until we are both 30...yikes!

We have had a lot of fun over the years....

being in each other's weddings

and ressing up and participating in the craziest things!

Just because we are almost 30 does not mean we can't dress up like guidettes :)

Top Two Tuesday!

Today is Tuesday and you know what that means...."Top Two Tuesday"!

Today's topic is New Years Resolutions. Here are mine.

Loose weight....I know, I know, everyone says that. I said that last year and thought I took the necessary steps to do so....obviously not. I know I toned up with training for the 1/2 marathon and also going to the gym and kickboxing classes. I think I need to add one more day to my workout schedule. I will also be cutting out some sweets. Kinda hard for a lady who bakes for a living!

Try to have more fun and go with the flow. I run on a schedule and always have a plan. When something unexpected happens, I usually freak out. I am going to try and be more "go with the flow" and not freak out over little things.

We planned and paid for a trip to Costa Rica, but God had other plans for us and we ended up in Charleston. Talk about a spur of the moment adventure!

More Christmas Time Fun!

After the festivities of Christmas morning, Joe and I headed down to Mississippi to my family's house. Lindsey, Nick , I had a crazy photo shoot. Joe would call out things for us to be and then take a fast picture. I know....we are very strange...

We also ate a lot of yummy food and played Dirty Santa. Joe and I each got $15 i-tunes cards...pretty good considering I literally went in the attic and wrapped up stuff from our giveaway pile :)

Joe's friend, Ryan is here for training at Pinnacle airlines and is stuck away from his home (L.A.) so he came to Christmas with us :)

Santa Came...He REALLY came!!

After we opened gifts at home we went over to my dad's for breakfast.
