

I am always on a "get healthier" quest. Although I feel like I am always trying to loose weight, I feel like my body is in pretty good shape. Here are some of my favorite workout tips:
1. Put a sticker on your calendar for each day that you work out. This will keep you accountable and will show you exactly how many times you have worked out in a week/month. Try and have a week/month goal. Mine is 4 times a week.
2. Eat like a Kindergartener. Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner.
3.Drink LOTS of water and limit your soda. I do not even keep soda in the house. I drink water all day long.
4. Try to limit your sweets....this is my area to work on.
5. Try "active" dates. Joe and I love to ride bikes, hit the gym, and take walks.
6. Wear cute workout clothes :)

I do the sticker thing - I am all about the gold star! Great list!
I love the sticker idea! I do something similiar for my kids on their chore charts, so why not me too for exercise?!
And I agree about the cute workout clothes. They help boost morale!
