** Iam making Peanut Butter Butterscotch Chippers for us this week. Joe always likes to bring something on his flying trip to share :)

Joe is gone on a flying trip until Wednesday night....so I am on my own.
Tuesday:
On my own again....edamame, apple and peanut butter or pick up something :)

So I never actually got around to making these last week...what can I say...life happens. Let's try it again :)
I will be serving this with the always delicious Pioneer Woman Salsa....this is the BEST!! If you have not made this yet, you are seriously missing out!

Joe and I are participating in the Midnight Bike Tour. It goes all over midtown Memphis...19 miles in all. We did it a few years ago and had a blast. It will be interesting to see how I do when pregnant. Oh well....there are Gibson's doughnuts when we finished :)
