Loves: Eating, snuggling with Mommy and Daddy, going outside, music, baths, her Boppy lounger
Eating: I am only pumping a few times a day and Sally takes that along with formula. She LOVES to eat!!
Sleeping: She is still not sleeping very well. When do babies start sleeping through the night? She usually settles down around 11 pm and wakes up again around 3-4 am and then again around 7 am. After that I either get up and start my day or we sleep until about 10 am.
Clothes: We are still in newborn diapers. She has outgrown all of the premie stuff that we had borrowed from friends. She is in newborn stuff now...some of it is getting a little small...yay!
Fun Facts: Sally has started making a little yelling sound now when we take her bottle away for a burp and she wants more food. She has really got the "fake cry" thing down.
Mommy Moments: Sally was not interested in sleeping for longer than 2 hours at a time one night this week so I slept on the couch with her. Sometime when she eats, she sucks the milk down so fast and chokes herself...it scares me to death. She normally coughs a few times and then is back to normal.Seriously baby...slow down!
Firsts: First time to wear a dress...yay! First time to smile at us not from gas....I think :), first St. Patrick's Day, first day of shopping with Mommy, first time in the attic.

So cute!! I think her sleeping schedule sounds pretty typical of a 5-week old. I think Sam started sleeping through the night (or what I considered sleeping through the night at that time which was 7-8 hours, then up to eat and back to sleep for a couple hours) at about 8-10 weeks.

A friend of ours used Baby Wise from Day 1 with a child that even has acid reflux and it has worked really well. I don't support everything about it but there are some great things about it. I just read on another blog about a gal who wanted more sleep too, for the entire family. I'll find it and email a link to ya.
She is so tiny & cute! Grayson didn't start sleeping through the night (10-12hrs) until 13 weeks...she'll get there eventually!

She is such a doll! And I agree with your friend above...her sleep schedule actually sounds very typical of a baby her age. It gets better, I promise!
