The Ultimate Wedding Week: Before the Ceremony

I am linking up with Valerie to show you what went on before the wedding ceremony.

Lindsey came and picked me up from my parents house and we got Chick-fil-a for lunch. My mom and I had gotten our nails done the day before. After lunch we headed to the church. We had snacks in the room where we were getting ready.

First up? Hair and Make-up!

One of the groomsmen showed up with a note from Joe.

While we were getting ready, the boys were taking their pictures.

Then it was time for me to get into the dress.

The florist brought up the flower....so pretty!

And my shoes...yes I got flats so I could DANCE!

Then we headed out to take pictures.

After pictures we came back up the the room and waited.

I had all the girls sign my shoes for luck. Legend says that the name that wears off first will be the next one to get married.

Then another note showed up!

And then another. This one also had some diamond earrings and a song that Joe had written and recorded just for me. What amazing gifts!

After this it is go time!!
