Sally-10 Months Old!!!

So much for my photo shoot...you were just too busy!

This post is late (as usual...) but here goes:

My sweet baby girl-

How is it that you are already almost a year old. Time is going too fast sweet girl. I am in full birthday party planning mode and I can't believe that it is this time already! Daddy and I say everything that you are the cutest and sweetest baby that we have ever met. It's true!! We aren't the only ones who think this...you have a fan club little girl!! Where ever we go, people always ask..."Is she always this happy?" YES we tell them...you are soooo happy and always have a smile on that sweet face!! We feel so lucky to have such an easy and sweet girl. I love you more than anything angel!!

You weighed 17 pounds at your check-up and the Dr. gave us the go ahead to start eating bits of real food.


You crawled towards Mommy when I came to get you at the babysitters...so cute!

Aunt Kristy came to visit and we shopped all day!


We celebrated Thanksgiving- you tried dressing, cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes. 

 
This month was full of injuries...I guess that is just what happens when you have an active girl!
 
You got your paci clip stick on your arm....poor girl!
 
You were standing in the laundry basket and fell over.

You LOVE the Christmas tree and wrapped presents!

You LOVE your cupcake book...you will look through the books until you find it.

We had a fire in the backyard fire pit ...you loved it!

You can crawl super fast and love to pull up and climb up on everything. I think we have a brave dare devil on our hands. Nothing seems to scare you! You also love to sit up on your knees.

Mommy and Daddy like to get lots of snuggles in the bed. You are still not sleeping through the night on a regular basis...naughty monkey!! We have tried to let you cry it out but its usually easier to go upstairs and soothe you.

You ran your first fever. We took you to the DR. and you had a double ear infection. You weighed 17 pounds 11 oz.You are wearing a size 3 diaper and size 6-9 month and some 9 months clothes. You are still in size 1 shoes (tiny feet!) and we are trying to put them on your feet more often so that you will be used to them.

You still do not have any teeth...we aren't worried though. The dentist tells us the later you get your teeth...the stronger they will be!

 

 Your favorite foods are bananas, green beans and "puffs". You are started drinking water out of a sippy cup...such a big girl!

You are still loving your bottles and formula and you don't seem to be a picky eater (like Mama!). We are trying to get away from baby food and do more finger foods. This has been an adjustment for you but you are trying more things everyday!

LOVES: Bath time and singing the kitty cat song when you are wrapped up in your kitty towel, Yo Gabba Gabba, Sophie, pulling everything out of your toy bin, your stacking cups, riding in the shopping cart

DISLIKES: Getting diaper changed, being too hot or too cold

LOVE you little monkey!!!
