Casa del Moske: The Living Room

Here is our living room. It is full of things we have collected and picked up over the years.

Here is the view from the dining room. Our entertainment center came from Pottery Barn Outlet and the factory cart coffee table came from a local guy in middle Tennessee that I found off Craigslist. The little box next to the entertainment center with the rooster in it is a "side of the road" find. It is some kind of crate that used to hold something.

Here is the view from the front door. The side table with the lamp on it is also from Pottery Barn Outlet. The card catalog side table is actually something we FOUND on the side of the road. It was an old card catalog from the army. It had no legs, no top and was missing a drawer. Joe fixed it all up and added the pulls....good as new! The vintage Coca-Cola crate came from the Nashville flea market.

Here is a close up of the table.

The yellow and white patterned chairs are from Pottery Barn Outlet...see a trend here? The middle table is from Hobby Lobby. There is another crate under the table from the side of the road. On the walls, we have

Here is what is on the table.
Here is a close up of the art on the wall. This is one I made with vintage board game pieces. We LOVE the Beatles, so this quote is perfect.

This frame is from Pier One and I clipped pictures of Joe and I from our travels.

Our other side of the room has a baby swing...yup...it cannot be avoided. We also have a bookcase that we bought at an Estate sSale when we first got married.

On the top of the bookshelf:
a vintage stained glass window, a vintage seltzer bottle (Nashville Flea Market), a flying pig, some pictures, and a sign that says, "You are the icing on my cupcake, the laces in my shoe, etc."

Inside the bookcase:
lots of books, sand in IKEA spice jars from our travels, little antiques, etc.

On the wall we have this art that I made. I ordered the vintage flashcards off Etsy and framed them on some burlap.

This is the other corner. Yet another side of the road box that was found, a plant, a vintage lamp, and a wooden airplane propeller.

Hope you have enjoyed my little house tour.
