Fitness Friday- Week Eight.....on a Saturday

How did Week 7 go?
My goal this week was do planks. I failed miserably at this....didn't do them one time. What can I say....I didn't feel like it.

Was I active?

I was active! I continued my running program and walked on my days off. I am in pain though...in my inner knees. Has anyone else had this who runs? It's killing me! My running is getting easier though (when my knees aren't about to fall off!). I also signed up for another 5K!
Weight Loss?
I stayed the same this week...not sure how that happened. I'm exercising almost everyday and eating between 1200-1400 calories a day. I did not gain though that that is good. I also officially wore my jeans without the belly bandit...score!!

Week 9 Goal?
Eat only healthy snacks....easy peasy....I got this!

Good for you! I was doing great with working out until I went back to work. Figuring out how to schedule it in is still tough for me even though I've been back to work for over a month. It's great how you are doing it in steps to where it's a fun challenge, too.

It might be your shoes causing your knee pain. Have you been fitted for athletic shoes before. It made a world of difference!
