Weekend Planning

Woo-hoo!! It is Friday!! I am soooo ready for a nice and relaxing weekend. This week was super busy and seemed to drag on FOREVER!!! We had Open House at school, bought a new car, etc....lots of things that cause this girl stress. I need a break! Luckily for me, our wonderful housekeeper came today so I get to go home to a clean house!!!

Friday:

*Target to pick up toilet paper, my medicine, etc.

*Joe and I are going to Babies R Us to register

*Dinner date (Chinese) with Lindsey and Nick.

Saturday:

Joe normally does not work on Saturdays, but he is today to get some comp time. I plan to:

*Do laundry

*Make meal plan for the week

*Run errands (Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Archivers) pack some clothes up and take some down from the attic

*Complete fall tablescape

*Wash, fold, and put away baby clothes!! :)

Sunday:

*Grocery store

*Clean out fridge

*Make dinner

*Clean baseboards in both of the bathrooms

Fill In The Blank Friday

1. My favorite thing about this week was/is Joe got to feel the baby kick and I have 2 days off to do whatever I want!! .

2. Colder weather makes me happy at first....I like all of the holidays, but come January, I am ready for it to go bye-bye .

3. Three things that make me terribly happy as of late are my husband, flutters in my tummy, and food .

4. If I could only wear one kind of shoe for the rest of my life, I'd choose Hmm.....this is a hard one...probably flats since you can dress them up or down .

5. My personality type is Type A. I am a planner and get angry when something does not happen the way that I planned it would. I am trying to be more "go with the flow" .

6. I have a serious problem resisting extra Halloween candy that my kids bring into school .

7. My favorite color to wear is black...I know....boring .

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Hello Ladies! It is Wednesday and I swear it feels like this week is dragging..... We had Open House at school last night and I did not get home until 8:30!! I ready for a relaxing weekend....but this afternoon I have to do 8 miles on the Greenline as part of my 1/2 Marathon Training...ugh! OK, here are some things that I am loving this week:

Memphis Tigers basketball starts tonight...woo-hoo! Joe is going with a friend while I walk 8 miles...yeah, not fair!

I am loving that while we were watching Dexter in bed last night, Joe felt the baby kick for the first time...it was super neat!!

I am loving this shirt for Christmas....I think I will try to do it myself...painting party anyone?

{four}

I got some new Converse yesterday...gray!! I had 2 coupons at DSW so they were only $25...yay!

There's Just Something I Like About A Pick-up Man!

Yup....my husband is the proud owner of a new Ford F150. He is so excited. I am not usually one to buy new vehicles, but we got a GREAT deal!

I was pretty sad to see the old truck go....but it had to...no backseat for the baby. I cried when we traded it in...blubbered really. I get really sentimental about things. This was the truck that Joe had throughout the whole time that we were dating. I just have to look at this as a new truck for a new chapter in our lives.
