Hello, my name is Sarah and I LOVE lists....there. I said it.
I make lists all day long. Some examples of current lists I have are:
*grocery store
*movies I want to see
*restaurants I want to try
*vacation ideas
*books to read
*things to do around the house
*upcoming weddings/events that I have coming up
*scrapbook ideas
*recipes to make

They make me feel organized and I LOVE it when I can cross something off or highlight it.

Look at the Easter signs that I convinced Target to save for me. How cute would they be on a dessert buffet or garden party...yay!

Let's Get Growing!!

We always kick off Easter weekend by going to the Home Depot and getting $100 worth of flowers....ok we got $115. We could not wait to get planting on this beautiful day!

I cleaned off the black patio area...yay!

Scheduling Sunday/Menu Monday

This will be my last week as a "single girl"...haha! Joe will be home starting April 9 and will start his new job on April 19. I has been so long since I cooked for both of us every night. I can't wait! We have both been doing such well with our healthy eating and exercise, so I do not want to sabotage all our hard work with being able to eat sweets again. I did eat some chocolate today though....yum-yum!

Monday: off to deliver cupcakes and then to the gym for some cardio-chicken and veggie stir fry
Tuesday: kickboxing- baked shrimp and steamed broccoli
Wednesday: faculty mtg. after school, cardio at the gym-baked chicken and steamed broccoli
Thursday: environmental club after school, kickboxing-leftovers??
Friday: field trip day....yay!! cardio after school-Taco Bell pick-up or out to dinner with Joe
Saturday: working in the yard, making cupcakes-Bahama Breeze....yum-yum!!
Sunday: church with Joe

Next Weekend....Disney!!

Flashback Friday!

OH, La, La!! Look at these beach babes!! Kristy and I in Destin the day before her wedding on the beach. I guess we should have pulled our straps down, because we had tan lines the next day and in all the wedding pics. I need a beach in my near future!!

Happy :)

Here are some things that make me happy right now in no particular order:

1. I am going to see these guys in 2 weeks!!

2. Pacifica Hawaiian Ruby Guava Solid Perfume...and the body butter :) I love this scent. I got my first in Laguna Beach and have worn it ever since. It reminds me of summer.

3. The sunshine hitting my back while on the playground at recess....it makes me smile :)

4. I get to FINALLY eat one of these babies on Sunday...woo-woo!!

5. The fact that Joe will be making over DOUBLE what he was making. I can buy stuff again!!

6. Eddy's all natural strawberry bars....they are low fat, made with fruit
and taste yummy...'nuff said. They have helped me keep my sanity during Lent.

7. Daffodils!! They are everywhere and I love them. I bought several bunches this week at Whole Foods and they make my house so cheerful.

8. Fresh Fruit!! I have been eating fruit like it is going out of style. So yummy! I have always loved fruit, but since giving up sweets for Lent, I had to find my "sweet" somewhere.

9. Sitting on the patio at a Mexican restaurant eating chips and salsa....oh, and a fruity drink doesn't hurt either.

10. Going to church on Easter with my family :)
