Christmas Eve

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We sure did at the Moske house.
Here is a play-by-play of our Christmas Eve :)

Hank was waiting for Santa (er...the post man or UPS guy) all day!
I made a platter of cookies to bring to both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I made almond palmiers, merengues, white chocolate chip/ cranberry cookies, Mexican wedding cookies, chocolate walnut fudge and peanut butter fudge. I also threw on some extra peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes that I had.
I also drizzled preztels with red and white chocolate and crushed peppermints....instant YUM-O!
I also brought shrimp cocktail....yummy!
and a veggie tray :)
We had a lot of food over at my Aunt's house....here are some cousins.
Me and my sweet dad.
Me and Joe :)
Family...opening gifts!
My Aunt Penny gave me 2 ornaments for my cupcake garland that she started me a few years ago :)
Me and Megan....so glad she and her sweet boyfriend could join us!
Me and Joe
After dinner we went to my dads and then to 11:00 service at church. It just isn't Christmas for me without 11:00 service. It's so beautiful!

Here's Joe and Rufus (my dad's dog)
After church, Joe and I came home and exchanged PJ's....a Christmas Eve tradition at our house.

Christmas Hodge Podge

Look at the awesome Christmas gift that I got from my wonderful room mom. She is super crafty and knows my taste. I LOVE this magnetic board with Amy Butler fabric magnets....LOVE IT!!
Here is my Christmas card garland. I wasn't able to fit all the cards on it, but I still LOVE it and will be doing it again next year.

It's a Wrap!

I'm playing catch up from all of our Christmas activities.....and dreading taking down all my decorations!

Just wanted to share some cute wrapping that I did this year :)

What A Difference a Year Makes!

In January of 2010 we had a girl's weekend at Natalie's in Knoxville. Little did we know things were about to change...
Natalie would get pregnant right after we left and would have little baby Nolan and
Beth would get pregnant in November.
Wonder who's next.....the next girls weekend is in January in Knoxville :)

Sisters!!

I am out of school until the beginning of January and Joe works nights, so I needed something to do....a trip to see Sister Kristy was in order!

I drove up on Sunday morning....so excited to shop, eat and talk!
I didn't take ANY pics from Sunday. We went all over Green Hills-the mall, Trader Joe's, the outdoor mall, REI, Home Goods, etc. We ate dinner at J Alexanders and talked for hours.

On Monday, we got up bright and early and headed to the Cool Springs Mall.
Here is Kristy with our lunch from Chick-fil-a :)

We ran into her parents in the food court and had her mom snap a picture of us.
After shopping for HOURS!! we met Alli (MJ's fiance) at Chuy's. We have never net her before and were a little nervous.
She was super nice and we loved meeting her!! Nothing to be nervous about at all :)
After dinner Kristy drove me through a neighborhood where everyone decorates their house and it's set up with music and everything.
On Tuesday, Kristy and I went to shop in downtown Franklin. One of our stores, The Iron Gate, has the cutest stuff.....however, we will NEVER buy anything there because the workers are so rude. The never acknowledge that you are in the store...they just talk to each other. Like Stephanie Tanner would say, "How RUDE!!". Here is Kristy's angry face!
Look how cute this sock monkey tree is?! I think I may need to have one of these some day.
The Christmas Tree in downtown Franklin
Love this bedding for a kids room!
Ohhhh...love these chairs! I could tOTALLY make those with chairs from the thrift shop!
We had lunch at Dumplin's. Their rolls were super yummy!!

After lunch we hit a few other store and went to a few antique stores as well.

Love spending time with my Soul Sister!!
