Our New House....The Stairs

I saw this idea on Pinterest and knew I wanted to do it in the new house. Can you believe that this is the  first house I have lived in that has stairs?? I ordered the numbers from this Etsy shop. They were super easy to apply and I love the way they turned out.

Christmas Card Time!!!

Seriously y'all....How is it already almost November?! I feel like the fall is just flying by. Christmas is just around the corner so you know what that means....Christmas cards!!! There is nothing better than sending/getting Christmas cards in the mail. Shutterfly also offers religious/scripture based cards (including Hanukkah cards) and some that you can showcase your sweet furbabies on! Of course I am ordering my cards from Shutterfly again. They have outdone themselves again this year. They have the cutest styles around and are VERY affordable!

Sally's 8th Month Photo Shoot

I did a mini session with Southern Style Photography for Sally's pictures. We never got around to doing 6 month pictures....so 8 month pictures is better than nothing, right?! These are my favorites. Joe was out of town so he didn't get to be in any...boo!

Fall Bucket List

 

I love Fall. I think it is my favorite season! Here are some things that I plan on doing while the weather feels oh so perfect here in Memphis:

*Take Sally to the zoo
*Host a chili and game night for friends
*Make some yummy apple recipes
*Take several walks on the Greenline and look at the changing leaves
*Take Sally on a hike at Shelby Forrest
*Take Sally to the pumpkin patch
*Carve a pumpkin and take a picture of my sweet girl inside
*Make a "fall" wreath

*Buy a "leaves" candle from BBW

*Watch some scary movies with Joe
*Make a fire in our new fireplace

*Go to the flea market

*Get a Caramel Apple Cider at Starbucks

Happy Monday!

Lord ya'll it has been like almost a month since I last blogged....so much has been happening in my life. It isn't that I don't want to share pictures with you....I have just been so busy. Joe has been out town for training and I was trying to get my house ready to host a baby shower...all while taking care of the baby and working full time. I promise to fill everyone in soon....pictures of our new house, baby shower details, Sally stuff (she is 8 months old now and I haven't done a 7th or 8th month post!). More soon!!!
