Sally-Eight Months

You went to the beach and LOVED the water!! You stayed at your first hotel in Hattiesburg, MS.  You drove a boat and saw dolphins.  

 

You finally slept through the night!

We moved to our new house. 

 Grandma Peg came to visit. 

 

You are still going to the babysitters and doing such a great job. This is a picture of when another baby buried you in toys!

You are weighing close to 16 pounds! 

 

You had a bad cold that lasted for a few weeks.

 

 You like to eat solids a few times a day. Your favorites are bananas, peaches, pears, and green beans.

Baby Sally-Seven Months (August 2012)

I never thought I would be "that mom"...you know the one that is a few months behind on the baby updates. But....life sometimes gets in the way. I certainly took notes and pictures so let me update you on Sally at 7 Months.

We officially bought a new house!

 

You rode in a shopping cart sitting up for the first time.

 

You have been such a happy girl...always rolling over and grabbing at everything....especially mommy and daddy's mouth.

You got your 6 month shots (a few days late). You weighed 14 lbs and 11.5 oz and you were 25 inches long.

 

You are still going to the babysitters 4 days a week and love being there. I am so thankful!

You tried Mangoes for the first time and liked them! You also tried sweet potatoes and did not like them. We will keep trying though.

You are wearing size 6 month clothes and size 2 diapers.

I had my 31st birthday and Daddy got the new job!

You LOVE the bath, all your toys and riding in the car. You love being in the stroller.

Sally's First Halloween

Well Sally's first Halloween didn't go the way I had imagined...but it was memorable none the less. This is the cute Mud Pie outfit that she wore to the babysitters house on Halloween. 

After school we had to go pick up Joe from the airport. He had been gone for 2.5 weeks for training and we were sooo excited to see him. We rushed home to put Sally in her costume. She was a strawberry.

We took her one house (my friend, Dory) who snapped these pictures. We stopped at a family Halloween party and then we went to the hospital to visit my dad. He ended up having surgery for some blocked arteries...yikes!!

 

So hopefully next year will go a little better. Sally was the cutest strawberry ever though!

I am loving the new Tory Burch earrings I ordered this past weekend. I can't wait to wear them!

I am loving this Lolly Wolly Doodle outfit that I bought off someone on Facebook. It will fit Sally next fall :)

I LOVE this stocking that I ordered off Etsy for Sally. The colors are so perfect!!

{four}

We had our final meeting with the contractor who is remodeling our kitchen. We will start right after Thanksgiving and it should be done before Christmas (fingers crossed!!) Here are some pictures of what we are doing.

I finally broke down and ordered the Naked 2 eye shadows. I just couldn't wait until Christmas...sorry!
