Henry {3 Months}

I cannot believe my sweet boy is already three months old. I swear the days are going by so fast!

He had to get his 2 month shots (a few days late) and that was hard of course. I was so worried he would be fussy and get a little fever but he was a champ! I have no idea what his weight is but I am guessing around 12 lbs.

Sally loves him so much! Every morning she cant wait to see him and tell him good morning and she is quite the good little helper!

He is the happiest baby. Every one comments on that :) He only gets upset if he is too tired, hungry or if his little yummy hurts. Other than that, he is all smiles.

Its so cute how he holds his little hands together in front of his body. He seems to be getting more control of them everyday.

He has great head control for his age and is very strong.

He is wearing size 1 diapers and size 0-3, and 3 month clothes.

His sleeping has gotten a little better but he is still waking up several times a night to eat.

Sally told me she would babysit Henry and we could go on a date. LOL...not just yet sister!

Grandma and Grandma came in town and Henry went to Gus's to the first time.

Henry had his first road trip and hotel stay to Jackson, MS.

He really is the sweetest baby!

Henry is smiling so much and has even started to do something that resembles a little laugh.

Vintage Market Days of SW Tennessee

On Friday, I hit up this super cute Vintage Market Days of SW Tennessee with a friend.  It's located in Mason, TN (Home of the original Gus's chicken!). Its a short drive from Memphis.

It was small but they had some really cute booths. I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I came home with an olive basket for my entry area. The market is going on both Saturday and Sunday! Bring cans for the food bank and get a discount on admission.

First Day of Pre-K

Sally had a great first day of Pre-K. I cannot believe that my baby girl will be starting Kindergarten next year. To prepare her for the transition (and to get her lots of friend time since having to share mommy's time with baby brother is hard) we decided to send her to
school 5 days a week. It has been a transition but she only stays a whole day 2 times a week. One thing that has been a HUGE help has been teaching her to do her "routine" in the morning when she wakes up.

The routine goes something like this:
wake up
go potty
brush teeth
get dressed (we lay out clothes the night before)
make bed
come downstairs

It took a few days of modeling but she has learned how to do this by herself and it makes the mornings so much smoother.

I wanted to start the year off right with a fun "First day of School" breakfast.

I added a few decorations to the breakfast nook :)

We made cookies for her teacher and tied on some cute tags.

New lunchbox and water bottle!

The obligatory first day of school picture!

She was so excited to see her new classroom!!

Me and my girl!!

Happy First Day baby girl!!
