Miss Sally got some cute things this week. I couldn't resist this monogrammed gown.

Aunt Abby sent Sally her first pair of Converse....seriously??!! These might be the cutest things ever!

Our friends, Doug and Kimberly, sent these precious bloomers....oh my word! I cannot wait to see her with these on!

I stocked up on clothes this past weekend. I got all of this for $40.....such cute stuff. I bought it from a girl off Better Than Ebay Baby (a local FB group). She has more stuff if any local girls are interested.

I got these super cute ( and baby weight forgiving) dresses from Target.com this week during their special one day sale. I think I paid $18 for both of them and got free shipping!! Woo-hoo!

I also ordered some more MonKEYS. They are really cute key caps that you put on your keys. We were all out and needed more. I am a member of Amazon.com Prime, so I get free shipping on everything!!

Joe and I went to a special sneak preview of the new IMAX movie here in Memphis. It was so cute. I have always wanted to go visit an elephant or orangutan orphanage. Now I REALLY want to go!! It was such a great movie :)

1. Favorite book?

Hmm....that's a hard one. I love Embraced By The Light.

2. Favorite thing to cook?

I love to bake!!

3. Sports fan? Favorite teams?

I'm not a huge sports fan, but I do love U of Memphis basketball and I like the Minnesota Vikings to support my hubby.

4. Favorite vacation spot?

The beach!! Any beach will do :)

5. DisneyLand or DisneyWorld?

Disney World for sure!!! I have been to both and Disney World is soooo much better! I have been 7 times. You can read about some of our Disney trips here.

6. What color nailpolish are you wearing?

OPI's Bubble Bath....it's my signature color...the ONLY thing that I will wear on my fingers. It's very sheer and simple.

7. Have you ever broken a bone? Which one(s)?

I broke my finger and arm when I was little.

8. iPhone or Droid?

Neither....I am stuck in the stone age with my free Samsung flip phone...and I like it that way :)

9. Most visited website?

Probably either Blogger or Pinterest.

10. Favorite lip balm?

Burts Bees. I have been using it for years :)

11. Best dressed female celeb?

I love Reese Witherspoon...she always looks cute!!

Friday Funnies

Woo-hoo! It's Friday and I am so ready for the weekend. We do not have a lot planned...just relaxing and running errands. We are having some friends over for dinner on Saturday and I have some baby things to get.

Here are some things that are making me laugh today...especially the first one.

36 Weeks

I went to the Dr. yesterday. Everything looked great. I am measuring in at 36 weeks...yay! I had the strep test (ewww) and she checked my cervix for the first time....yow!!! I think I jumped off the table. That thing hurt! I guess I should probably get used to it. The Dr. said that my cervix was starting to soften but was still closed. I am pretty comfortable most of the day. Sometimes if I have been sitting for a while and then I have to walk somewhere, my ankles and calves feel tight. Is that normal? Sally is still moving a lot. I love watching my belly move....it's so crazy. I think I will miss feeling her in there all safe and warm. Joe got the car seat inspected today and the people at the hospital said he deserves "brownie points". I agree :)

*How far along?: 36 weeks=9 months...yikes!! Sally can come anytime she feel like...

*How big is your baby?: still a large cantaloupe...between 5.5 and 6lbs!

*Total weight gain?: 34 pounds...I have officially hit "that number" on the scale that I DID NOT want to hit!! Oh well....nothing to be done about it now. Luckily I have a plan of attack for getting the weight off!

*Sex: Sweet Girl!!

*Maternity clothes: I am literally dreaming of wearing regular cute clothes this spring/summer...I am loving all the new stuff at Target!

*Stretch marks: None yet.....knock on wood....maybe I wont get them.....
*Movement: I can watch my belly move...especially at night, which is very strange to me.

*Sleep: It's pretty bad. I wake up several times a night to pee and then usually get up when Joe gets up at 4:30....yuck!! It seems like when I am awake, it is hard for me to go back to sleep.

*Best moment this week: We had our last shower on Sunday and I had a massage on Monday that was heavenly..I literally drooled on the table...it was THAT good!

*Food cravings: Tangerines, pizza, chocolate
*Labor signs: The Dr. said that my cervix is starting to soften....

*Belly button in or out: not yet...still in.
*What I miss: my ankles and being able to shave normally...my belly is always in the way.

*What I'm looking forward to: Putting the final touches on the nursery and showing you the reveal.
