On June 25, we celebrated Henry being here for one whole month. The past month has been a blur of smiles, no sleep and a whole lot of poop lol! Time is just flying by and I can honestly say that he is the sweetest baby. He cries when he is hungry, cold or is pooping. I think he is going to be a good baby like Sally was...yay!
Here is a little recap on the first month of his life:
Sleep: He takes little mini naps during the day, a longer one in the late afternoon, sleeps from about 9-midnight and then is us every few hours to eat. Our sleep on the other hand.....yikes! I forgot how tiring it is getting up all night with a baby.
Weight: He is up to 7 pounds and 9 ounces (which is over a 2 pound gain!)
Daily Routine: No routine yet but I have started seeing some patterns forming.
Feeding: I decided to try breastfeeding again but unfortunately I wasn't producing enough milk. So I am using formula again and its going well. I'll be honest...its so nice that Joe can help feed him! He eats all day. I like to call him a little piggy!
Diapers: Newborn Pampers Swaddlers
Clothing Size: Still in Newborn but they are getting a little tight
Eye Color: Bluish Gray
Hair Color: Dark brown
Milstones:
5/25-Born! 5lbs, 7 ounces and 20 inches long
5/26-First bath {at the hospital}

Now for the weekly photos:
Sweet Baby Henry-
I was so nervous about having a boy. I worried that I wouldnt know what to do with you. Would it be different than having a girl? Im sure the answer to that question is yes but for now I know I love you so much! Since you are my second baby (and complete our family) I know that I need to cherish every sweet moment with you...even the middle of the night feedings. You have already changed our family so much (for the better) and I cant wait to have many adventures with you!
