22 Weeks

I am 22 weeks this week. We went to see Dr. P today for our check up and everything is looking great. When I first got there, we did the ultrasound and I got a spanking...she said my bladder wasn't full.....it certainly FELT full! Sally was doing the "Jersey Turnpike"...face down, booty up. We still couldn't see her face. I decided to go see Dr. P and drink some water so that we could try again in a little bit. The Dr. said that everything looked great. Well by this time, I REALLy had to potty again. When we went in to do the ultrasound again, we saw her face, but I was in PAIN!! I had terrible pains in my back. When I told the nurse that I needed to sit up she was like, "Yeah, your bladder is really full and your urine in backing up into your kidneys." AWESOME! It certainly did not help that she was pressing super hard with the machine. Oh well...so happy we finally got to see sweet baby girls face,

*How far along?: 22 weeks...5 1/2 months!

*How big is your baby?:The size of a papaya.....had a hard time finding one at the grocery store.

*Total weight gain?: 12 pounds

*Sex: GIRL!! Sally O'Mally Moske

*Maternity clothes: all maternity pants...some regular shirts and sweaters

*Stretch marks: None yet!

*Sleep: Great...I've been tired, but I have been having some CRAZY dreams!
*Best moment this week: Joe is working hard on the nursery...oh, and I ordered the chair for the nursery...yay!! It is nice being off for Fall Break....sleeping in, making dinners for Joe, and running errands...nice.
*Movement: I am feeling stuff....no major kicking yet.

*Food cravings: ice cream, grapes, Poppycock, salads

*Labor signs: hmmm...hopefully we are about 18 weeks away from that!

*Belly button in or out:in...it's looking strange though...my belly ring holes are very strange looking...

*What I miss: nothing this week...my sleeping has been good, my energy is up and my gagging seems to be gone.

*What I'm looking forward to: Visiting Kristy this weekend, shopping, eating, and talking. Joe and I have a busy and full filled next week too!
