One of the ways to make the holiday season special is to get out and do fun "Christmasy" things with your friends and family. I could do things related to Christmas every night of the week. Joe on the other hand, does not think the same way. It is important to decide as a family the most important holiday activities that everyone will enjoy. Some of the must do's for us are:
*Going to eat downtown and going to look at the big Christmas tree at The Peabody
*Going to see the play "A Christmas Story" (leg lamp!!) at Playhouse on the Square
* Going to Starry Nights at Shelby Farms
*Going to Zoo Lights at The Memphis Zoo and ice skating on the new rink there....so excited for this!!
Also on the list:
*Cookie Making Day with Lindsey
*Making Chex mix with Dad
*Drive around and look around at Christmas lights
*Watch as MANY Christmas movies as possible!
*Possibly go see the Transiberian Orchestra
